Six Sigma Green Belt
Description: Green Belts are project leaders who can built and facilitate all team members with needed elements to acomplish Six Sigma projects successfuly.
Their training includes quality tools, process control tools, problem solving methodologies and, descriptive data analysis.
Six Sigma Black Belts provide support to Green Belts. Black Belts help in project selection previous to Green Belts training.
